Heidi B.

Music has been a central part of Heidi’s life since she began playing the piano at age 10. Since then, she has continued playing and sharing music for more than three decades. In addition to piano, she performed as a flutist with the Southern California Youth Symphony Orchestra and has enjoyed accompanying church choirs and congregational singing, as well as performing in jazz band and musical theater.

Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and has more than a decade of experience as an English educator. Her background in education has taught her that every child learns differently, and she enjoys creating piano lessons that are fun, encouraging, and personalized for each student. Heidi especially enjoys working with beginning piano students. She is passionate about helping students discover the joy of music and the confidence that comes from learning to play. Her goal is to help every student build a strong musical foundation while developing a lifelong love of music.
