Meka S.

Meka is a lover of all styles of music. She grew in Chicago Illinois and moved to Arizona with her family! Because of the various places she’s lived, she’s been apart of various musical ensembles. Meka has been on the stage from a very young age. She is obsessed with anything musical theatre and is excited to perform professionally here in Arizona. Some of her favorite roles include Asaka in Once on this Island, Tina in Sister Act, and Jack’s mom in Into the Woods! Teaching is another love of Meka’s, she graduated Summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in music education. Her education at ASU has trained her vocally in various styles including Classical, folk songs, musical theatre, pop, etc. She loves teaching to all ages, Meka believes everyone is musical and is determined to help anyone who is willing to achieve their goals.
